So, what are We about?
This site is about sharing my successes and failures over 30 years of practice in professional teams, Olympic/Paralympic sport and tactical environments. It's about providing a practical mentorship style education platform that allows the user to push their careers in S&C, rehabilitation, sports science and department leadership and management forward faster by leveraging real-world experience. Too often, in these spaces practitioners are left to learn critical skills "on the job" which sets the stage for failure. My aim is to set good people up to succeed in their careers and take our industry forward.
